30-Day Return Window

Eligibility for Returns

- It must have all original tags and labels.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at customer_service@comfortshopping.us. Our dedicated team will assist you through the return process.
Important: Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
- Custom products, including special orders or personalized items
- Personal care goods, such as beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item for return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Note: We do not provide shipping labels for returns. In case of a return, you will need to send the items back to us at your own cost and provide us with a tracking number for the shipment.
